Al momento de subir un sitio web al hosting en producción, a veces ha aparecido el siguiente error: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the Loader Exceptions property for more information. y hace referencia al ToolkitScriptManager.
Este error se debe a que el Ajax Control Toolkit requiere un nivel de confianza alto (Trust Level) para poder funcionar, el Trust Level de Asp.Net viene por defecto en Medium.
Para solucionar el problema debemos definir el Trust Level a Full, con esto se soluciona el problema.
